Privacy Policy.

Who We Are

WCube Solutions Inc. ("WCube", "we", "us") is the personal information controller for the personal data collected through this website. Our office is at 408 West City Plaza Building, 66 West Avenue, Brgy. West Triangle, Quezon City, Philippines.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

Information We Collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us, or when it is required to operate the website.

• Information you submit through our consultation and contact forms: your name, company, work email address, mobile number, the purpose of your enquiry, the solution you are interested in, and the message you write.
• The page of the website from which you sent the form.
• Information you provide when you contact us directly by email, telephone, Viber or WhatsApp.
• Technical information recorded by our web server when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of the request.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include it in your message.

How We Use It

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To prepare a proposal or scope of work that you have requested.
• To provide support for services you have engaged us to deliver.
• To keep the website secure and to diagnose technical faults.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies and Third-Party Services

The website sets only the cookies needed for it to function: a session cookie and a security token that protects our forms against misuse. These are not used to track you across other websites.

The website uses Google Analytics to measure how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can decline these cookies through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Google's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Who We Share It With

Your personal data is accessed only by WCube personnel who need it to respond to you. We share it outside the company only in these cases:

• With service providers that host our website and deliver our email, who process the data on our behalf and under our instructions.
• When required by law, a court order or a lawful request from a government authority.
• With your consent, or at your direction.

Some of our service providers may store data on servers outside the Philippines. Where this is the case, we require them to protect it to a standard comparable to Philippine law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting engagement. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymised within two (2) years of our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law.

Records relating to contracts and payments are retained for the periods required by Philippine tax and accounting regulations.

How We Protect It

We apply organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include encrypted transmission of form submissions, access restricted to authorised personnel, and regular maintenance of the systems that hold the data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

• Be informed that your personal data is being collected and processed.
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent you have given.
